Beyond academic advising, we provide homeschooling support through our EduBridge package, available in-person or virtually. This includes curriculum planning, with options for one-on-one or group sessions with a licensed teacher. We also handle grading and progress reports. Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Angela D. Menjivar is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of CIM Consulting VA. With more than 17 years of experience in education, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership, she is committed to helping schools, businesses, nonprofits, and educational organizations strengthen systems, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and achieve sustainable success. Mrs. Menjivar is passionate about advancing educational excellence, fostering inclusive learning environments, and empowering individuals and organizations to create meaningful, lasting impact within their communities.
Rodney D.C. Barnes, M.P.I., M.Ed.
STEAM Education Coordinator & Lead Enrichment Instructor
Mr. Barnes is presently serving as a STEM Facilitator and teaches Technology and Engineering at a local public school division. He is the founder of BAK International, LLC, having previously launched several successful companies.
Mr. Barnes possesses a Master of Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master of Product Innovation degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management. Additionally, he is a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner. In his leisure time, he cherishes spending quality moments with his supportive wife, Evelyn, along with their four children and four grandchildren.
Athena E. Sheed, MFSPY, QMHP
Social and Emotional Learning Instructor
Athena is the founder and CEO of Phenomenal G.E.M.S., Inc., a nonprofit aimed at empowering young women through hands-on education and life skills training. She works as a senior level professional in state government and is a licensed Qualified Mental Health Professional. Athena's background in mental health, law enforcement, and policy shapes her strategic and compassionate approach.
She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies, and an Associate degree in Paralegal studies.
