If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), for any purpose other than to  facilitate educational services and support for that student, we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure the such in information is deleted from our system’s database, or in the alternative, the verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

 

For purposes of using the website as a platform to connect with instructors, parents may supply information such as the name or age of their children in order for C.I.M. instructors to assist and facilitate the connection between student and instructor. C.I.M. may store this information in a secure digital format. Parents or guardians of children under 13 years of age may review or have deleted any personal information previously provided by the child, parent, or guardian that is ultimately collected by C.I.M., if any, to connect the child with an instructor.
